The Women in Medicine Committee presents the second training in our two part August campaign regarding Sexual Assault and Intimate Partner Violence. On Wednesday, August 24th, from 6-8 PM EST, we welcome Turning Point, an organization located based out of Southeast Michigan dedicated to services to end domestic and sexual violence, in presenting a training titled, “Community Collaboration and Advocacy.” This two hour training aims to provide an overview to offender tactics, bystander intervention, and advocacy roles.
