The Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Advocacy division’s mission is to help our AANHPI medical students thrive, whether that is advocating with student leaders for medical schools to create a more inclusive training environment or creating spaces for trainees to voice their hopes and concerns.
Our commitment to building a healthy AANHPI community by increasing racial equality and justice in healthcare
Throughout the year APAMSA facilitates discussions and creates informational resources pertaining to issues such as immigrant health, mental health, AANHPI health disparities, and health care reform.
We aim to continue these discussions on our online advocacy. Join our Facebook group if you’re interested!
